More information: This position is responsible for ensuring effective management of customer complaints and non-conformities by analyzing root causes, implementing corrective actions, and preventing recurring problems. At the same time, the position supports and coordinates the Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring regulatory compliance, risk monitoring, and promoting a culture of workplace safety.
